Resort Information

Lake George Diamond Cove Cottages and Cabins Resort Hotel Reservations are guaranteed until 5:00pm on the date of your arrival. If you plan on arriving after 5:00pm, please notify the office of your late arrival to guarantee your reservation, or the reservation will be cancelled and no refund or credit will be issued.

 

For your convenience, we have ice, brochures, discount tickets to local attractions and menus to local restaurants. Additional room keys are available for a refundable $10.00 deposit.

 

Kayaks, rowboats, and canoes are available from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., weather permitting. A $60.00 refundable deposit per boat and a valid drivers license are required. Boats and equipment will not be available until 9 A.M. for use on Lake George.

 

POLICY:

Diamond Cove Cottages is a private resort in Lake George, New York and the accommodations and facilities are intended for the use by our guests only. If your relatives or friends plan to visit you, please ask them to do so at a location other than Diamond Cove Cottages.

 

All arriving guests are issued parking passes and have an assigned spot during their stay.

Illegally parked cars will be towed at owner's expense.

Parking is limited. One car per efficiency and one room cottages. Two cars allowed for two and

three bedroom units, only if space is available.

 

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our units. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be imposed to anyone not complying. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund or credit.

Maximum occupancy on rooms is not to be exceeded at any time and is listed on the Lodging Rates page.

This number includes adults, children, toddlers and infants.

Fireworks are also not permitted, including sparklers of any kind.

Due to the 6 million acre park we are situated within power outages are common and Diamond Cove Cottages assumes NO responsibility for power outages out of our control or any natural disaster.
Reservations are tentative until your deposit is received. Your balance is due upon arrival.  We do not accept personal or business checks upon arrival. 

Once a deposit is received your reservation is confirmed. Sorry, deposits and payments are not refundable or transferable as we will have turned many friends away. 

Your reservation will be acknowledged via email. Please be sure to provide your e-mail address upon making your reservation. 

Diamond Cove Cottages is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund or credit if anyone in your party does not comply with the Resort Rules and Regulations.

 

BEACH & BOAT AREAS: 
Dock space is available by reservation only.

Jet Skis - $50/Day
Boats up to 20' - $85/Day
Boats 21' to 25' - $100/Day
Boats 26' to 28' - $125/Day

All Pontoon Boats- $125/Day

Due to high demand once dock space is reserved that is a full committment for all costs associated with. Sorry No Refunds or credits for ANY type of dock cancellation including bad weather. Pontoons by Request Only (space is limited)

Children must be with parents or designated responsible adults at all times!

No cars allowed.

 

Jet skis and sailboats are not permitted to be "beached" at any time. Please reserve a dock slip prior to arrival.

Bonfires are permitted until 11:00pm with use of a metal plate. As courtesy to other guests, noise MUST be kept to a minimum. No guest golf carts are permitted beyond posted stop signs or designated posted areas.

 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFORMATION:

Dates may not guaranteed with 3rd party vendors. So call us direct at 518-668-3161 for availability.

Balance is due upon arrival in cash, money order or certified bank checks only. Sorry- no personal or business checks or credit cards accepted.

Diamond Cove Cottages will NOT be held responsible for any and all items left behind by any guest. Please check your cottage/room prior to your departure. Guest will be responsible for any and all shipping fees. Any items shipped back is the responsibility of USPS or UPS.

Reservations are guaranteed until 5:00pm on date of arrival. Office hours are Mon-Fri and Sun 9am to 5pm, Sat 9am to 7pm. If you will be arriving after 5pm please notify the office of your late arrival to guarantee your reservation, or the reservation will be cancelled and no
refund will be issued.

 

Check-in Time: 4:00pm Check-out Time: 10:00am. Units cannot be guaranteed until 4:00pm. Late departure will incur a charge of the daily rate of the unit.
